Assingment 5: Disassembley Lab
In this assignment me and my partner Adam had to disassemble a keyboard. We had to take it apart to see all of the different components a keyboard has.While disassembling the object we were surprise on how a keyboard was put together to be able to do what a keyboard does , which is type on the monitor of a computer.
Main materials of a keyboard includes plastic, rubber, wire and metal.

Step 1: Remove the 12 screws from the keyboard
Step 2: Separate the top and bottom keyboard shells Step 3: Remove the four internal keyboard layers from the bottom shell Step 4: Detach the connector from the circuit board Step 5: Remove the screw from the circuit board to be able to detach the circuit board Step 6: Remove the rubber support Step 7: Remove the plastic support |
